I've been a dedicated bicycle commuter for decades, and have owned this bike for about a month now. So this is still an early report, but it is informed by actual city commuting in various conditions. So far, the Dynamic Tempo has been an awesome bike, even better than I had expected.
I bought it because I wanted something with more performance than the typical commuter bike, and I also wanted something low maintenance. This bike is just the ticket. It rides fast and smooth. The performance is great. I am passing just about everybody.
And there is almost no maintenance to do on the entire drive train. You give it a shot of grease in one spot with a grease gun every few months, and that's it. Dynamic sells the grease gun for $30, but you can get one at Amazon or an auto parts store otherwise.
