Perfect for beginners, September 11, 2010 This review is from: Look 2010 KEO Classic Pedal (Sports) I recently got these pedals and I have to say they are exactly what I wanted. They are not to expensive and are very well made, what you see from the picture is what you get. If you are a beginner I would highly recomend this pedal. The tension is set lower so that it is not hard to pull your foot out, also it has ajustible tension for people who feel they are loose in the pedals. The pedals have made my rides more enjoyable for me because I am no longer pushing down on the pedal, but also pulling up with the other foot I am able to ride about 10 to 15 more miles without even realizing it. Bottem line you will not find a better pedal for the price. Also very easy to instal yourself but if you dont feel like doing it or are not sure how your local bike shop will be more than happy to help.

These pedals are outstanding, the adjustable spring works wonderful and they have very easy entry/exit. They hold my feet just fine under strong sprints too.
I guess the only drawback to them is that if you are a weight weenie, they are not the lightest set of pedals around. I've only had them for a short while so I cannot comment on cleat durability, but so far so good.
