After an exhausting research period I decided to buy a Mavic Ksyrium SL Simano wheelset, I purchased them from Amazon because of the amazing low price ($90.00 less) than any other competitor. I received them in three days and was delighted with the quality. The bike shop mechanic stated that these new wheels were the best upgrade I could make to a bike. The wheels were installed and required no adjustment. I can tell you that the wheels have improved my riding performance. I would recommend them to all bike owners.

Mavic quality hub, rims and spokes. I have owned multiple wheelsets, from Fulcrum, Bontrager, Shimano and Rolf. These are simply the best wheels you can buy. They are holding up well under my 200 lbs. So far, have almost 1000 miles on them, and no issues. The quality is just amazing. I can stand and hammer and not get any side to side motion or rub, which was just too common on my Bontragers. The bearings are smooth, spinning for almost two minutes after a good spin on the stand. The red with nude carbon hub (front) and red hub in the back looks good on my bike with red accents. My only gripe, is I don't like the silver cutouts on the rim. Would have looked better being all black. If they could combine the 2009 black rims, with the 2011 hubs and spokes, you would have wheels that everyone would lust after.
