Cushy and Comfortable, July 11, 2009 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Selle Italia Max Flite Gel Flow Men's Bicycle Saddle (Vanox Rails) (Sports) This seat is definitely designed for the bigger butt people in the Road Bike world. I weigh 260lbs. (very built though with a big butt) and this is very cushioning. The slit in the middle is very helpful to relieving pressure on the "softer tissue" area of your underside. I am talking from a lot of experience with having an open sore be caused due to rubbing and heat. sure it is expensive but for the cost it is definitely worth the money. Ad the biggest plus i believe is the fact that it still keeps the smaller design and profile of a Road Bike seat without the cumbersome size usually associated with the more cushioning seats. Would recommend this to anybody who needs the cushion but doesn't want to sacrifice size or too much weight.
